Local events scheduled for Osaka and Sapporo

Two distinct local events are scheduled to take place in Japan.

The Kitahama Flea Market will be held on October 17 and 18 in the Nakanoshima Park and Suishibashi areas of Osaka. Now in its 18th iteration, the expanded event will feature approximately 100 vendors, including antique goods, clothing, ceramics, and accessories. A new food area will offer various items such as pizza, sandwiches, and sweets, while a special stage in Suishibashi will host acoustic live performances and live drawing.

In Sapporo, the 2026 Hokkaido Audio Show is set for October 10 and 11 at De Aune Sapporo. This free admission event will showcase high-end audio equipment from numerous domestic and international brands, including JBL, Bowers & Wilkins, and Accuphase. The exhibition will include product demonstrations and lectures by audio critics.
