Noto hosts Notte Barocca festival dedicated to Argentina

The city of Noto is hosting the “Notte Barocca” festival on September 26 and 27, with this edition dedicated to Argentina and its local community. Organized by the Municipality’s Department of Tourism, Sport, and Entertainment alongside the OpeNoto association, the event aims to create a cultural bridge through music, dance, and gastronomy.

The program begins on Saturday, September 26, with a musical preview titled “Armonie di fine estate” featuring a percussion and piano trio at the Convitto delle Arti. The main festivities take place on Sunday, September 27, starting at 20:30. The evening will feature a concert by Pacha Kama – Anima Sudamericana, followed by a tango performance by the “La Bohemien” dance school. A public Milonga Argentina, led by musicalizador Cristian Petricca, will allow attendees to participate in the dance. Traditional Argentine cuisine will also be available to complete the cultural experience.
