Saint Lawrence festivities held across Spain, Mexico, and Italy

Various communities across Spain, Mexico, and Italy are holding traditional festivities and religious ceremonies in honor of Saint Lawrence.

In Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, hundreds of faithful gathered at the San Lorenzo parish for religious offerings and traditional dances by matachines groups. In Spain, celebrations included bullfighting events in El Bodón, traditional games and music in Tábara, and community processions in Segovia and Ciudad Real.

In Italy, Grosseto held a large procession and a pontifical mass led by Archbishop Fabio Dal Cin, who emphasized the importance of peace. In Orte, the Pezignano Borgo San Lorenzo district organized markets, concerts, and a procession to honor the patron saint.
