Local food and craft fairs held in Ussel and Bastia

Regional food and craft events are taking place in France, highlighting local producers and traditional skills. In Ussel, the short-circuit fair brings together farmers and artisans, offering visitors direct access to products such as Cul noir du Limousin pork, artisanal chocolates, and local jewelry.

In Bastia, the 14th edition of the Salon du Chocolat et des Délices de Corse is scheduled for October 16–18 at Place Saint-Nicolas. The event features 150 exhibitors from local, national, and international sources across 4,200 square meters. This year’s fair is hosted by chef Élodie Balesi and aims to showcase Corsican gastronomy and culinary traditions through tastings and masterclasses.
