Local free training programs announced in Piekary Śląskie and Bydgoszcz

Various free educational programs are scheduled for October in Poland. In Piekary Śląskie, the Piekarskie Centrum Medyczne is launching a free childbirth school. The program, held at Clinic No. 1, covers pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, and infant care. Sessions will be led by midwives and include specialists such as anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, and baby-wearing advisors. Participants will also have the opportunity to visit the delivery ward to familiarize themselves with the hospital layout and non-pharmacological pain relief methods.

In Bydgoszcz, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) is offering five free training sessions. Three sessions will be conducted online via Cisco Webex, while two will take place in person at the Bydgoszcz branch. Topics include the Płatnik program, workplace accidents, audit procedures, sick leave patterns, eZUS, and document correction. Registration is required for all sessions, with specific deadlines provided for each topic.
