Local German kindergartens receive regional awards

The Herzstückle kindergarten in Rottweil-Zepfenhan has been re-certified with the BEKI certificate from the state initiative ‘Bewusste Kinderernährung’ (Conscious Child Nutrition). The facility, which has operated without packaged snacks for approximately eight years, focuses on nutritional education through daily activities such as baking fresh bread, harvesting fruit from its own orchard, and gardening in raised beds.

In Gotha, the Fröbel kindergarten was awarded the ‘Buchkita’ seal of quality at the Frankfurt Book Fair. This distinction recognizes the institution's efforts to foster an early interest in books, storytelling, and language development among children.
