Local infrastructure and community projects launched in Morelos
Local authorities in Morelos, Mexico, have launched several community improvement initiatives. In Ocuituco, Mayor René Jacobo inaugurated construction work for sanitary drainage and street paving on “Paso de los Fresnos” in the Huejotengo community. This project, funded by Ramo 33 Fund III, aims to improve urban infrastructure, mobility, and sanitary conditions for local families.
In Yautepec, Mayor Eder Alonso Gutiérrez led a community workday under the “Embelleciendo Nuestro Yautepec” program. This initiative focused on improving the Sebastián Lerdo de Tejada elementary school in Oacalco. The project involved municipal staff and parents to enhance educational environments and public spaces, with further urban improvement sessions planned for other communities.
