Local infrastructure projects commence in Santena and Sinnai

In Santena, the new Casa della salute has officially opened at via Vignasso, 6, following the completion of extraordinary maintenance and renovation works on the former elementary school building. The project, designed by architect Renzo Bounous and executed by Razzetti Costruzioni Generali, cost a total of 1.3 million euros. Funding was provided by the municipal administration through 1.25 million euros via a Cassa Depositi e Prestiti loan and 50,000 euros from local funds. The facility now houses several general practitioners and a pediatrician.

In Sinnai, construction has begun on the reconstruction of via Sant’Elena, a major peripheral road. The project is funded by a 500,000 euro grant from the Region and aims to overhaul the roadway, subgrade, utilities, asphalt, and signage. The works also include the construction of new sidewalks. To minimize disruption to residents and local businesses, the project will be completed in stages over an estimated six-month period.
