Local infrastructure projects launched in Forte dei Marmi and Imola
In Forte dei Marmi, the municipality has allocated 100,000 euros for the redevelopment of municipal housing on via degli Olmi. Following previous roof repairs costing over 120,000 euros, this new phase—included in the 2026 budget—aims to replace entrance doors and install new fencing and gates. The project is designed to improve thermal insulation, reduce heat loss, and enhance energy efficiency for residents.
In Imola, maintenance work is set to begin on the Galleria and the city center's porticos. The project, totaling over 300,000 euros, allocates 148,000 euros to masonry work and 162,000 euros to new public lighting. To minimize the impact on local businesses and upcoming Christmas markets, the work will be conducted in phases. The first stage will focus on the Galleria entrance vestibules and is expected to conclude before the holiday season.
