Local infrastructure projects underway in Gliwice and Kraśnik
Construction is progressing on several community development projects in Poland. In Gliwice, a multifunctional facility is being developed at Kormoranów 25 in the Sikornik district. The site will serve as a daytime support center for children and youth, while also hosting the Sikornik Senior Club and the District Council. The renovation includes new electrical and plumbing installations, structural expansions, and improved accessibility features such as new sidewalks, parking for people with disabilities, and a terrace.
In Kraśnik, an investment exceeding 11 million PLN is being implemented at Sikorskiego 22 to create the Kraśnik Academy of Development and the Kraśnik Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This project is part of the broader ‘Kraśnik – Safe City of a New Generation’ program, which has a total value of over 85.8 million PLN and is supported by Swiss Funds. The renovated building will offer educational spaces for workshops, robotics, and programming for youth, alongside coworking spaces designed to support local entrepreneurs and startups.
