Local Italian businesses celebrate anniversaries and new openings

Local businesses in Italy are celebrating significant milestones. In Casaglia, the Barbottega ‘La Rotonda’ marked its eleventh anniversary with a community event featuring food and a beer drinking challenge. The establishment, which transitioned leadership from Elda to Matteo Merli in 2015, hosted festivities to celebrate its role as a local social hub.

In Carpi, Bulaggnapastafresca Risto-Bar Lasagneria officially opened its doors. Owned by Roberta Bussolari, the new venue focuses on traditional Emilian cuisine and fresh pasta. The inauguration included a ribbon-cutting ceremony and aimed to showcase regional culinary heritage.
