Local Japanese businesses announce anniversary festivals

Various local establishments in Japan are hosting anniversary celebrations and gratitude festivals.

In Fukuoka City, Cafe Gofuku no Ie will hold a one-year anniversary festival on May 16, 2026. The event will feature exhibition sales and stage performances at the Wakuhaku location.

In Nagano Prefecture, Michi-no-Eki Yachihokogen is celebrating its second anniversary on September 26 and 27, 2026. Having approached 1.5 million cumulative visitors, the facility will host character greetings, a children's festival, a lottery, and special discounted sales. The event also includes a support sale for producers from Kumamoto Prefecture.

In Gifu Prefecture, Omi Chanpontei Tajimi will host a three-day anniversary event from September 9 to September 11, 2026. To thank customers, the restaurant will offer limited free vouchers for half-fried rice with the purchase of noodles or rice dishes.
