Local leaders distribute school supplies to support families

Local leaders in Argentina and Mexico are implementing community assistance programs to support students and families with educational supplies.

In Laguna Blanca, Argentina, Mayor Claudia Panzardi led an initiative to distribute backpacks, shoes, and school supplies. The municipal government stated these actions are part of ongoing policies to assist families in need, alongside existing programs for food and medicine provision.

In Mexico, Vicente Franco Reyes spearheaded a distribution of backpacks and school kits aimed at kindergarten, primary, secondary, and preparatory students. The initiative is designed to alleviate the financial burden on households during the back-to-school season, specifically targeting families facing economic difficulties.
