Local leaders in Gaziantep and Zeytinburnu hold community meetings

In Gaziantep, Mayor Fatma Şahin met with approximately 300 students during the ‘One Minute, One Curiosity, One Answer’ program. The event, held at the Kahramanlık Panorama and Museum, allowed youth to ask questions regarding education, technology, and personal goals. Following a rule violation where she exceeded the time limit, Şahin promised the students a trip.

In Istanbul, Zeytinburnu Mayor Ömer Arısoy met with residents of the Merkezefendi neighborhood as part of the ‘Evening Tea with the Mayor’ program. Arısoy provided updates on local infrastructure, including a new facility featuring a three-story underground parking lot, an indoor market, and a sports field. He also discussed urban transformation progress, noting that residents in the former İETT Blocks have moved into new homes and that housing deliveries in the Arnavut neighborhood are expected by mid-November.
