The case involves the determination of compensation and registration for specific parcels of land in Epçilerkadı Village, located in the Merkez district. The court has issued a public announcement for potential claimants to submit defenses and evidence regarding the property values.

In Kahramanmaraş, the Elbistan Enforcement Office has announced the auction of two commercial properties in the Orhangazi neighborhood. The total appraised value for the two sites is 8,750,000 TL. One property, located in the Traktörcüler Site, is valued at 4,500,000 TL with an electronic auction scheduled for December 8, 2026. The second property, a two-story carcass workplace and land in the Sanayi Site, is valued at 4,250,000 TL, with an auction set for December 22, 2026. Both properties are recorded as undamaged in the official damage assessment system, though a court decision has reportedly canceled the 1/1000 scale implementation zoning plan for the area.
