Local libraries host reading and cultural events in Santander and Córdoba
Municipal libraries in Santander are launching a new reading initiative for children titled ‘Pequeña monstruo’. Scheduled for the first week of November, the program features oral storytelling sessions led by Mónica López. Aimed at children aged 5 to 10, the activities will take place across eight different libraries to foster creativity and early reading habits.
In Córdoba, the ‘Night of the Libraries’ will feature a diverse program including literary encounters, guided tours, and musical performances. The event includes activities at the Provincial Library of Teachers and Maestros, the San Alberto Museum, and the Vélez Sarsfield Popular Library. Offerings range from historical tours of colonial printing techniques to concerts and book fairs, designed to bring literature closer to the community.
