Local municipal projects approved in Pullach and Wasserburg

In Pullach im Isartal, the municipal council has unanimously approved the preliminary design for the new Mäuseburg daycare center. The project, designed by Hrycyk Architekten, features a two-story sustainable timber modular building intended to house six groups. The facility will include expanded outdoor play areas, a multipurpose room, and a dining area with a kitchen. The construction aims to meet high sustainability standards according to QNG guidelines.

In Wasserburg, the city council has also given unanimous approval for a new recycling center on Priener Straße. The project is estimated to cost approximately six million euros, including a five percent risk reserve. The new facility is designed to allow for autonomous operation outside of regular hours and includes improved access for large vehicles. Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2027, with completion expected in autumn 2028. The project will be financed through a loan from LfA Förderbank Bayern, with resulting increases in waste disposal fees expected to be approximately two euros per month per unit.
