Local municipalities in Argentina host vocational training programs

Municipalities in Argentina are implementing various training initiatives to enhance local employment and industrial skills.

In Barranqueras, the local Employment Office conducted a free intensive sales training workshop at the Petroleros Union facilities. Led by consultant Juan Manuel Romero Delfino, the program aimed to provide entrepreneurs and workers with strategic commercial tools and techniques to strengthen local economic development.

In Zárate, the Secretariat of Production, in collaboration with the Mirgor Foundation and the SMATA union, concluded a Basic Initial Course for production operators. The training, which took place at the Forum Cultural, focused on industrial safety standards, quality control, and production processes. Mayor Marcelo Matzkin attended the closing ceremony, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the public sector, private companies, and labor unions to improve job insertion in the manufacturing industry.
