Local police recruitment openings in Battipaglia and Fossacesia

Municipalities in Italy have announced new recruitment opportunities for local police forces.

In Battipaglia, the administration has reopened applications for a full-time, permanent position as a Local Police Manager. Following a formal request to address a gap in eligibility requirements, the municipality has now included degrees in Political Science as a valid qualification. To accommodate this change and ensure fair participation, the application deadline has been extended from October 23 to November 2, 2026. Applications must be submitted via the InPA recruitment portal.

In Fossacesia, the municipality is seeking to hire two Local Police agents (vigilance instructors) on a full-time, permanent basis. This initiative aims to strengthen territorial surveillance and urban security. One of the two positions is reserved for volunteers of the Armed Forces who meet the specified requirements. The deadline for submitting applications through the InPA portal is November 20, 2026.
