Local schools in Germany announce open house events

Two educational institutions in Germany have announced upcoming open house events to showcase their academic programs and facilities to prospective students and parents.

The Felix-Hausdorff-Gymnasium in Bonn will host an open house on November 7, 2026, following information evenings for parents on November 4 and 5. The event will highlight the school's STEM focus, musical ensembles, theater activities, and language programs, including Erasmus+ opportunities.

Gesamtschule Mittelkreis has scheduled its open house for November 28, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The school invites fourth-grade students from Bedburg-Hau, Goch, Kalkar, Kevelaer, Weeze, and Uedem, as well as those interested in the upper secondary level. The event will feature demonstrations of its STEM focus, bilingual instruction, and technical facilities such as a Maker Space.
