Local sports competitions launch in Marbella and Martos

Marbella has launched a new edition of its local football 7 and basketball leagues, involving over 700 players across 44 teams. The football 7 senior league includes 12 teams, while the veterans league (+35) is the largest with 26 teams and approximately 400 players. The basketball senior competition features six teams and about 100 players. These tournaments utilize federated referees through agreements with Andalusian sports federations.

In Martos, the III Open Ciudad de Jaén tennis tournament is scheduled to take place. Organized by the Club de Tenis 30/30 in collaboration with the Martos City Council and the Martos Tennis Club, the event is part of the IBP circuit and the Spanish Federation. The tournament serves as a high-level national competition for players preparing for the ATP international circuit.
