Local sports events scheduled for November 20 in Japan

Two separate community sports events are scheduled to take place on November 20, 2026, in Japan.

In Sayo, a soft volleyball tournament and experience session will be held at the Kozuki Gymnasium (Hotaru Dome). The event is designed for beginners, seniors, and those looking to improve physical fitness using soft balls to minimize impact. Participation is open to working adults living or working within the town. The experience session is free, while the tournament requires a fee of 1,000 yen per team.

In Gifu City, FC Gifu is hosting a Friday Night Futsal event at the Showa Sports Plaza (Northwest Sports Park). This individual-participation event allows people to join as individuals to form teams for matches on natural grass. The event offers two categories: Beginner and Enjoy, catering to both inexperienced players and those with prior experience. The cost is 500 yen per person.
