Local sports tournaments conclude in Frutigen and Kriftel

The Beachvolleyballclub Frutigen held its annual beach volleyball tournament at the Frutigen outdoor pool, featuring 46 teams and 92 players. In the women's category, Lara Trachsel and Lena Trachsel secured victory, while Frank Röthlisberger and Bruno Grossen won the men's division. The mixed tournament on Sunday concluded with Aline Fuhrer and Kenzo Rüegg taking first place.

In Germany, the Kriftel Tennis Club (KTC) reported a successful weekend across various age groups. The U18 juniors achieved a 6:0 away victory against SW Frankfurt II, with notable performances from Rayan Bouazza and Tim Messerschmitt. The U18 II team also secured a 4:2 home win against TC Schlossborn. Additionally, the men's team delivered a dominant 6:0 victory against TC Eschersheim II.
