Local sports tournaments held in Padew Narodowa and Kościerzyna

Various local sporting events took place in Poland during August 2026. In Padew Narodowa, Błyskawica Zarównie won the Mayor's Cup football tournament after defeating Wisła Rożniaty in the final by a single goal. The tournament featured nine teams competing in a group stage followed by semi-finals. Paweł Bik was named top scorer with nine goals, while Konrad Hyjek was recognized as the best goalkeeper.

Meanwhile, the 16th Kościerzyna Mayor's Cup Regatta was held on Lake Wdzydze. Organized by UKS Wodniacy Garczyn, the sailing event drew 132 participants racing 110 yachts across five classes. The Optimist class saw high participation with 89 sailors, including a victory by Oliwia Magiera in the OPP C category. Other notable winners included Maksymilian Marczak in the OPP D class and the crew of Jan Cimiengo and Tomasz Kedrowski in the Cadet class.
