Local training initiatives held in Świętochłowice and Chorzów

In Świętochłowice, municipal office employees underwent training on the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED). Mayor Daniel Beger emphasized that having the equipment is insufficient without the practical knowledge required to use it during sudden cardiac arrest. The device was provided through an initiative by the late Łukasz Litewka.

In Chorzów, police officers participated in a specialized training session focused on hate speech and prejudice-motivated crimes. Led by Professor Paweł Nowak, a specialist in linguistics and psychology, the session aimed to help officers better recognize and assess language used to demean, exclude, or harass others during their daily duties.
