Local updates in Hungary: Blood donations and roadworks

In Hungary, several local administrative and infrastructural updates have been announced for the week of August 10.

In Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, a schedule of blood donation events has been set. Locations include the Miskolc Regional Blood Supply Institute, Ináncs Community House, Forró Cultural House, Füzérkomlós, and Arnót. These events are scheduled to take place between August 10 and August 14.

In Pécs, Magyar Közút has announced significant traffic disruptions due to paving works scheduled from August 10 to August 15. Construction will affect the Main Road 6 between Petőfi Street and the Megyeri tér junction, as well as Main Road 58 between the BIOKOM headquarters and Rakéta utca. The works involve milling and asphalt laying, which will lead to temporary road closures, changes in junction access, and modifications to local bus routes.
