LOCALO Noodle launches low-calorie Minowa-ya collaboration

LOCALO Noodle has launched a new collaboration product with the ramen shop Minowa-ya, titled ‘Minowa-ya Special: Anytime Garlic Back Fat Mazesoba’. Released on September 11, 2026, the product is designed to provide the intense flavor of garlic and back fat while maintaining a low calorie count of approximately 293 kcal per serving.

A key feature of the product is the use of a patented natural odor-reducing garlic paste, which aims to mitigate garlic breath for approximately three hours after consumption. The product is available through the LOCALO Noodle official online store via a subscription service. A pre-release tasting event held at the Minowa-ya Nakano main store saw all 100 limited servings distributed immediately.
