Advance Metals reports high‑grade silver discovery at Gavilanes project in Mexico

Advance Metals' maiden diamond drill at its wholly owned Gavilanes project in Mexico intersected a 33.9‑metre zone of high‑grade silver mineralisation, with an intercept of 220 g/t Ag from 117.6 m and a standout 6.2‑metre slice grading 718 g/t Ag at 133 m. Deeper sections also returned notable gold and base‑metal values, including a 3.3‑metre interval with 270 g/t Ag, 0.2 g/t Au, 0.7 % Cu, 0.7 % Pb and 1.1 % Zn, and a 1.65‑metre core with 394 g/t Ag and 0.4 g/t Au.

Management said the result validates the drilling strategy and will support a comprehensive JORC resource upgrade targeted for the final quarter of the year. The company is extending the drill program with additional holes and plans to resample historic cores to refine the model. The success follows a productive campaign at the nearby Yoquivo project, which recently doubled its endowment to 33 million silver‑equivalent ounces, and complements Advance's recent acquisition of high‑grade Victorian gold assets.

Advance Metals expects the drill results to underpin further exploration and potential scaling of the Gavilanes system, enhancing its multi‑commodity pipeline in Mexico.
