Loftin and Lucas secure first career racing victories

Carson Loftin secured his first CARS Tour Late Model Stock victory during a chaotic race at Anderson. After starting in first place, Loftin found himself in third behind Chase Burgeson and Conner Jones at the white flag. A tire issue for Burgeson allowed Loftin to maneuver through a three-wide formation on the final lap, clearing both competitors in Turn 3 to take the win.

In Mustang Challenge North America, Will Lucas claimed his first career victory in the Mustang Challenge North America at Virginia International Raceway. The race, which ended under full course caution, saw title contenders Cole Loftsgard and Devin Anderson collide early in the event. While Anderson received a drive-through penalty, Loftsgard recovered to finish third, maintaining his championship lead.

Oleg Gorshkov achieved a weekend sweep in the Dark Horse Legends class, marking his fourth consecutive series win.
