Logan Paul’s torn triceps seen as least inconvenient injury, six‑month recovery expected

WWE star Logan Paul disclosed that his left‑arm triceps tear, sustained during a May edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event, will require about six months of rehabilitation. He described the injury as “the least inconvenient possible” because he is right‑handed, noting that everyday tasks like texting are only mildly affected.

The injury forced Paul to miss in‑ring competition and halted the momentum he had built with tag‑team partner Austin Theory as members of The Vision. Despite surgery, he continued appearing on WWE programming and traveled to London to assist his stablemates in defending the World Tag Team Championship, a pursuit that was thwarted by interference from Joe Hendry and Seth Rollins. Paul acknowledged a mental impact from the setback but remains focused on recovery.

He is slated to return when his six‑month timetable is complete, with upcoming WWE events such as the steel‑cage clash between Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker in Saudi Arabia still on the horizon.
