Logicor and SEGRO expand logistics operations in Poland
Logistics developers Logicor and SEGRO are advancing their operations in Poland through facility modernization and lease extensions.
Logicor has completed a major revitalization of its B3 warehouse in Piaseczno. Rather than constructing a new facility, the company modernized an existing 48,000 square meter warehouse to improve energy efficiency and flexibility. The project included upgrading technical installations, implementing smart control systems, and creating modular spaces ranging from 1,700 to 5,700 square meters to serve e-commerce and light manufacturing tenants. The facility has achieved a BREEAM Excellent standard.
In Tychy, SEGRO has extended its lease agreement with Schöck Sp. z o.o. at the SEGRO Park Tychy site. Schöck, a subsidiary of the German Schöck Group, occupies 4,200 square meters. As part of the new contract, SEGRO will install photovoltaic systems with energy storage and electric vehicle charging stations to support Schöck’s sustainability goals.
