Logitech enters Pro AV market with new Sound Shape speaker systems

Logitech has entered the professional audiovisual (Pro AV) market with the launch of its Rally Speaker 2 Pro and Rally Speaker 2 Max systems. These new products are designed to provide high-precision sound direction in large meeting rooms and training environments.

The systems utilize Logitech’s proprietary ‘Sound Shape’ technology, which allows for the shaping and directing of sound waves toward specific listening areas. This technology aims to solve common issues found in large spaces, such as echoes and mental fatigue caused by ceiling-mounted speakers that require complex wiring and often produce unnatural sound distribution.

The Rally Speaker 2 Pro features an array of 32 small acoustic units within a single soundbar, while the Rally Speaker 2 Max expands this coverage with 64 acoustic units. A notable capability of this technology is the ability to create two distinct audio zones within a single room, potentially allowing for different languages to be heard in separate areas simultaneously.
