Logitech targets Latin American growth through value-added solutions

Logitech is implementing a new growth strategy in Latin America focused on value-added services rather than competing solely on price in a retail market pressured by high exchange rates and Chinese competitors. The Swiss manufacturer aims to expand through its software ecosystem, wireless solutions, gaming products, and the B2B segment.

Jairo Rozenblit, who previously built the Brazilian operation over 15 years, has assumed leadership for the entire Latin American region, including Mexico. The strategy involves integrating regional markets to share best practices and expertise while maintaining local autonomy to address specific consumer behaviors, logistics, and distribution channels in each country.
