Logizard launches AI-driven inventory analysis for warehouse management

Logizard Inc. has launched ‘Logizard ZERO AI Inventory Analysis’, a new optional feature for its cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS), Logizard ZERO. The service is designed to assist in the visualization, analysis, and improvement of logistics data through artificial intelligence.

The tool utilizes up to five years of accumulated data regarding incoming shipments, outgoing shipments, and inventory levels. It features a dashboard for visualizing various metrics, including ABC analysis and stagnant inventory analysis. Users can interact with an AI chat to investigate specific results, such as asking why certain trends occurred or requesting suggestions for improvement measures.

By integrating AI-driven insights with human decision-making, the service aims to help companies overcome challenges like labor shortages and rising logistics costs. The system is designed to work with existing data without requiring complex new data preparation. Logizard has also implemented measures to ensure data security, stating that customer data used for analysis will not be used to train AI models for other clients.
