Loiri Porto San Paolo announces housing subsidies

The municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo has opened applications for regional subsidies aimed at encouraging residents to stay in and new inhabitants to move to smaller municipalities. For the 2026 fiscal year, over 50,000 euros have been allocated to support various housing-related initiatives.

Eligible interventions include the purchase of a first home, renovations, restorations, and conservative rehabilitation works. Mayor Francesco Lai stated that the initiative serves as an important tool for local youth and newcomers looking to invest in the territory. Applications must be submitted by 1:00 PM on October 30, 2026.
