Lojas Renner approves R$ 321 million in dividends and interest on equity

Lojas Renner has announced that its Board of Directors approved the distribution of R$ 76 million in dividends and R$ 245 million in interest on equity (JCP) related to the third quarter of 2026.

The dividend amounts are R$ 0.181554415 per ordinary share and R$ 0.199709857 per preferred share. For the interest on equity, the gross amounts are R$ 0.585274101 per ordinary share and R$ 0.643801511 per preferred share, resulting in net values of R$ 0.482851133 and R$ 0.531136247 respectively, after a 17.5% income tax deduction.

Shareholders registered as of the base date of November 11 are entitled to the payment. Shares will trade “ex-right” starting November 12. Payments will be made to shareholders with shares held at B3 through their respective institutions or via direct credit for those with updated banking information on file with the company.
