Lokesh Kanagaraj's 'DC' trailer showcases gritty underworld romance ahead of August release

The makers of the Tamil‑Hindi action thriller "DC" released an official trailer that highlights a violent romantic plot set in a crime‑ridden world. The film marks director Arun Matheswaran's collaboration with actor‑director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who appears in his first lead acting role as Devadas, a man pursued by police after a fellow officer is killed. Wamiqa Gabbi plays Chandhra, his companion on the run, while Sanjana Krishnamoorthy appears as Parvathi, offering moments of emotional respite. The narrative intertwines stolen weapons, a vengeful police investigation and a dangerous love story.
