The film marks director Arun Matheswaran's collaboration with actor‑director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who appears in his first lead acting role as Devadas, a man pursued by police after a fellow officer is killed. Wamiqa Gabbi plays Chandhra, his companion on the run, while Sanjana Krishnamoorthy appears as Parvathi, offering moments of emotional respite.
