Lokomotiv Sofia suffered a 1:3 defeat against CSKA 1948 despite a strong performance in the first half. Manager Lyuboslav Penev noted that the team created several opportunities, including six shots on target, but failed to convert them into goals.

Penev attributed the loss to inefficiency and defensive errors following a controversial refereeing decision during the first goal. After four rounds, Lokomotiv Sofia remains without a victory, recording two draws and two losses.
