Lola Vice WWE NXT Women’s Championship professional wrestling MMA

WWE wrestler Lola Vice, born Valerie Loureda, recently shared her emotional reaction to winning the NXT Women’s Championship. In a podcast appearance, Vice revealed that she cried privately after being informed of her title win, noting that the achievement was a long-held goal that helped her overcome periods of self-doubt.

Vice transitioned to professional wrestling in 2022 from a background in mixed martial arts (MMA). A former professional MMA fighter with five Bellator appearances and a black belt in Taekwondo, she utilized her combat sports training to develop a specialized wrestling style. Following her NXT championship win, she made her main roster debut on WWE Raw in September.
