Lollobrigida defends Calabria regional leadership

Italian Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests, Francesco Lollobrigida, stated that the citizens of Calabria have expressed their confidence in the current regional administration. Speaking at the Vinòforum event in Rome, Lollobrigida noted that the electorate has chosen to support President Roberto Occhiuto and Assessor Gallo.

He suggested that the voters' decision implies they believe the current leadership holds more value for the region than the opposition candidate, Tridico.
