Lomas de Zamora woman hospitalized after assault by children

A 49-year-old woman was hospitalized following a violent physical assault by her children at a residence in Villa Centenario, Lomas de Zamora. Police from the 7th Precinct responded to the scene after receiving an emergency call, finding the victim with multiple visible traumas.

The attack reportedly stemmed from a long-standing family dispute regarding the death of the woman's husband approximately five years ago, which was recorded as a suicide. During a heated argument, the children allegedly accused the woman of responsibility for the death, citing past infidelities.

A 28-year-old son has been detained, and judicial investigators are working to determine the involvement of other family members. The case has been filed under the charge of family violence.
