Lombardy Region announces Nativitas holiday project

Lombardy President Attilio Fontana has presented the Nativitas project, a series of holiday initiatives scheduled to take place in Piazza Città di Lombardia from November 27 to January 10, 2027. The program includes a 12-meter mirrored steel sculpture, a light path, and the return of an ice skating rink, which will remain open until February 14, 2027.

The project also features a 550-square-meter glass structure known as an orangerie, intended for dining, tastings, talks, and music. This follows a successful previous year where the Belvedere at Palazzo Lombardia recorded over 105,000 visitors.
