Lomellina district reopens welfare applications for disabled and elderly
The Lomellina district in Italy has reopened the application window for welfare contributions aimed at people with disabilities and non‑self‑sufficient elderly residents. The first phase runs from 12:00 CET on 6 August 2026 until 12:00 CET on 11 September 2026 and is limited to those who have already received the benefit between May 2025 and June 2026. Applications must be submitted online via the Vigevano municipal portal using the beneficiary’s SPID credentials, and applicants are warned to verify the tax‑code entry to avoid processing delays.
A second round for first‑time applicants will open in early September, with selections made through a ranking system based on the tender criteria and available budget. Assistance with the application can be obtained from the Lomellina District Planning Office in Vigevano.
