London and Utah Pride 2026 festivals expand programming and community focus
London's Pride 2026 returns with its annual parade on 4 July, following the historic route from Hyde Park Corner to Whitehall Place, alongside a series of stage performances, exhibitions at Queer Britain, a limited‑edition Pride Shake, and the inaugural London Queer Fringe Festival. The event anticipates tens of thousands of participants and highlights both celebration and protest, especially through the Trans+ Pride march that attracted 100,000 attendees last year.
Utah Pride 2026, themed “Pride Elevated,” will take place in early June in Salt Lake City, featuring a rally, march, festival and new initiatives such as a Directors’ Reception, youth‑focused spaces, memorial installations, and awards honoring community service. Organisers aim to broaden inclusion and accessibility across the state, drawing tens of thousands of attendees while emphasizing visibility amid ongoing debates over LGBTQ rights in Utah.
