London cybersecurity startup Inforcer secures $50M Series C to expand AI‑driven MSP platform
London‑based Inforcer announced a $50 million Series C financing round led by Insight Partners, with participation from Meritech Capital and Dawn Capital. The funding brings the company’s total capital raised to $110 million since its 2023 launch and supports its rapid growth – the firm reports a 300 % year‑over‑year increase in business and a doubled valuation since its Series B.
Inforcer builds a unified platform that lets managed service providers (MSPs) oversee Microsoft 365 security, compliance and AI services for small and medium‑size business (SMB) customers from a single control plane. New capabilities added include Copilot Manager, Shadow AI detection and Threat Detection & Response, aimed at countering AI‑enhanced cyber threats such as automated phishing and rapid‑execution attacks. CEO Jamie Daum said the round will fund further product development and accelerate expansion into the United States.
The company positions its solution as a response to the growing complexity of IT environments for SMBs, which often lack in‑house IT staff and must rely on MSPs to manage security and emerging AI risks.
