London International Awards jurors debate work in Las Vegas
Attendees of the Creative LIAisons program in Las Vegas were granted rare access to the London International Awards (LIA) jury rooms. During the sessions, participants observed jurors debating work to determine winners for Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Grand LIA statues.
Jurors evaluated entries based on freshness, surprise, execution ambition, and the clarity of the case studies. The discussions highlighted the importance of cultural context and the ability to defend creative instincts against analytical scrutiny.
Louise McQuat, Global ECD at Akcelo, participated as a juror for the Digital and Creators & Social Platforms categories. Representing Australia, McQuat noted the breadth of global creativity revealed during the judging process, observing that many high-quality campaigns exist outside of standard social media feeds.
