London luxury real estate sees new high-end listings and openings

The London ultra-luxury residential market continues to see high-end activity with two notable developments. A three-bedroom duplex on Hyde Park Gardens has been listed for £11.5 million through Beauchamp Estates. The 4,071 sq ft residence features a recent “back-to-brick” renovation, including original fireplaces and 14-foot ceilings. Residents of the terrace have historically included figures such as Queen Noor of Jordan and Keira Knightley. The property offers private access to a four-acre garden reserved exclusively for owners.

In the Nine Elms area, the Park Hyatt Residences have opened their show apartments. Located above the Park Hyatt Hotel in a twin-high-rise development designed by KPF, the project consists of 103 turnkey branded residences. The show apartments, situated on Level 26, feature interiors designed by Christian Bense that utilize midcentury references from the 1950s to the 1970s. These residences offer views of the London skyline, including the Thames and Battersea Power Station.
