London managed office providers expand central workspace portfolios

Managed office providers are expanding their footprints in central London. MetSpace reported a significant increase in its portfolio during Q2 2026, acquiring 21,425 sq ft of space across locations including Angel, Euston, Shoreditch, Midtown, and the City of London. This represents more than a threefold increase compared to the same period last year. Nearly 80% of the new space has already been let or placed under offer to various clients, including AI companies and fashion brands.

In a separate development, amenity provider x+why has been appointed to enhance Level 7 at 22 Bishopsgate. The new workspace, named OnSeven at 22 Bishopsgate, is scheduled to open in January 2027. The 12,860 sq ft facility will offer a combination of coworking spaces, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, and a 70-seat event space designed to serve professionals in the financial, legal, and technology sectors.
