London Stock Exchange Group partners with Nvidia for data analysis

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has announced a partnership with Nvidia to assist financial institutions in analyzing massive volumes of market data. The collaboration utilizes NVIDIA cuDF for accelerated computing on GPUs, allowing users to process LSEG Tick History data more efficiently.

By leveraging this technology, years of historical quote data can be analyzed in seconds rather than hours. This capability supports the LSEG Everywhere AI strategy, enabling large-scale data processing to generate insights more rapidly. The integration allows for deep, continuous historical analysis throughout the trading day, catering to the industry shift toward 24-hour trading models.

The LSEG Tick History database contains 110 trillion rows of data across 100 million instruments, spanning over 30 years and more than 580 exchanges and trading platforms.
