London’s Ormeley Lodge and Britannia Studios go on market

Two historic London properties with aristocratic ties have been listed for sale. Ormeley Lodge, a Grade‑II‑listed Georgian manor built around 1715, was the longtime home of the late Lady Annabel Goldsmith and has hosted royalty such as Princess Diana, Prince William and Prince Harry. The 15,800‑square‑foot estate, set on 2.3 acres with ten bedrooms, a pool, tennis court and walled gardens, is offered at £25 million (about $33.6 million).

The second property, Britannia Studios, is a former artist studio converted into a five‑bedroom residence owned by Lady Goldsmith’s daughter, TV producer Jemima Goldsmith. Located near Fulham and Chelsea, the 6,000‑square‑foot home is listed at £6.5 million (about $8.7 million). Both sales highlight the premium placed on pedigree and historic connections in London’s luxury property market.
